The HR Shared Services Team Lead will support the Team by functioning as a subject matter expert and by assisting in the training of Payroll & Benefits Advisors in addition to delivering exceptional payroll & benefits processing for her/his client group. This is a developmental role for future HR Shared Services Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate transactional processing and service to assigned client groups as determined by current processes and requirements
  • Effective training and support of Advisors in assigned team.
  • Attain and maintain knowledge of unique requirements of team members’ clients.
  • Develop and maintain expertise to serve as Subject Matter Expert for specific technical areas, as assigned
  • Review reports and exceptional calculations on behalf of the Supervisor

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience;
