Reporting to the Director, Innovation and Project Management, the Project Coordinator is responsible for successful project delivery on small initiatives, and for providing support to the Project Manager(s) through the full project life cycle of more complex initiatives. S/he will work with PMO, IT, and business subject matter experts, vendors and sponsors, and will maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for following the Revera project management methodology to maintain artifacts and coordinate projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be accountable for the successful, on time delivery of smaller projects, including analysis of requirements;
  • To update and maintain project management information and files;
  • To record details from project team meetings and update project tasks and outcomes in management systems;
  • To develop standard and ad hoc reports for management and team use;
  • To create and maintain accurate, organized and complete project files, including all documents required to sustain project management methodologies ;
  • To prepare materials necessary for internal and external audits;
  • To assist project staff with research and compilation of data necessary to complete progress reports in a timely manner;
  • To file all project related materials;
  • To serve as central source of information related to all aspects of the project;
  • To ensure timely, accurate communications between project team members and stakeholders;
  • To coordinate meetings and / or teleconferences as required;
  • To uphold and promote the organization’s values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, morality, and integrity as set out in Revera’s Code of Conduct;
  • To complete all other duties as assigned.

 



Qualifications

  • Completion of undergraduate education in a (Business, healthcare, or IT );
  • CAPM/PMP Certification is considered an asset;
  • Experience supporting large scale corporate projects;
  • Ability to conduct research into issues and products as required;
  • Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
  • Strong skills and experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project;
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language;
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
