Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, the Reporting Analyst ensures the accurate reporting of the company’s cash forecast needs on a daily, monthly, quarterly and year end basis. The Analyst tracks the cash movements from various streams, including Revera managed and third party managed partners, and accurately updates the cash flow forecast.  The successful candidate will calculate and forecast distributions to Joint Venture partners, track and maintain partner receivable loans, respond to lender property tax and annual requests and complete monthly debt prepares.


  • Prepare and maintain quarterly cashflow forecast;
  • Track and update cash movements relating to major transactions including investments, acquisitions and dispositions;
  • Prepare and maintain major transaction summary for acquisitions, dispositions, and equity requirements for Revera and Joint Venture Partners;
  • Calculate, forecast and maintain Joint Venture distribution schedules;
  • Monitor and maintain reporting schedules for Joint Venture Partners;
  • Track and maintain receivable loan schedules;
  • Ensures continuous support is available to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Update and maintain treasury management system for new mortgage input, debt prepares, mortgage closeouts for maturities and refinancing and property tax updates;
  • Monitor annual lender and property tax requests, review for accuracy and completeness and ensure they are responded to accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, provide required documentation, assist with year-end audits and ensure compliance;
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for information/reports from internal and external sources;
  • Recommend and implement ongoing process changes, improvements and seek opportunities for time savings and efficiencies;
  • Complete all other duties as assigned, and

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting;
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Treasury/Finance department of a medium to large scale company. Experience within a real estate company is considered an asset;
  • Detail oriented, intermediate excel skills, diligent, proactive, systematic, excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
